Sleep issues
Seriously fantasized about going to bed all day today. Was asleep for a few hours, a bit of thunder rolled in, and since then I'm wide awake for 2 hours now! Just laying here, trying to breathe deep, relax, count, etc. have to work in the morning which adds to the stress. Nothing used to wake me and now everything wakes me and then I stay awake. Haven't slept well all week. Starting to worry as I know how important rest is. I've heard progesterone messes up sleep patterns 😒 how do you cope?
