Was in labor for about 19 hours. I wanted a natural birth but it hot too much for me and I got an epidural at 8cm about 2-3 hours before I started pushing. After the epidural my water was broken and it was found out there was myconium in it. I pushed for two hours had an epesiotomy because he was stuck. After he was born he was immediately assessed and his oxygen levels wouldn't stay up so he was taken to the NICU. I was given about 2 minutes to hold him and then couldn't hold him and breastfeed until the next day. He was in the NICU until the evening we were discharged but all is well now home heLthy and happy! He was 8lbs 8o8oz 5 day early
