I had a big scare yesterday. I'm high risk  with a risk of preterm labor. I was having terrible cramps and an awful back ache. Dr told me to come right away. I couldn't drive myself so she told me to call her when I left my house. She told me to page her not to leave a message. So when I called back the receptionist kept putting me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. I thought it was an accident. When I called again she put me straight to voicemail for dr. I was pissed by then bc I had explained the situation to her. The last time I called she said the dr was busy and hung up on me! I did see the dr when I got there but I didn't say anything bc I was more concerned with my child. Souls I tell her that her staff was unprofessional?
