I got my ultrasound today. The baby's heartbeat is strong. And he's grown the right size at 32 weeks, 4 days pregnant. But the doctor says the baby needs to fatten-up because I'm not gaining enough weight for the baby to fatten-up and not have any problems after birth. In addition she says I need the extra fat to produce enough breast milk. The doctor wants me to eat 5 meals a day. Now how am I going to do this? I get full eating 2 full meals and snacking on fruit twice a day. Any 5 meal recommendations that's possible for a person like myself to warf-down in a day? Because I'm not used to eating alot like this. Seems like an impossible mission.
