Having plans every day is a little excessive. Try maybe a few times a week, just go somewhere and talk. Get to know him. That's a strong foundation for a relationship.

He met you in a club and you put out more times then not he isnt intetested past sex but if he is then i would start out with a few times a week and doing other stuff besides clubs and sex like dinner or lunch. Show him your more then a lay

This is not a situation I'm actually in, it's just been something I've always been curious about. 
Of the two guys I've ever gone home with from a club, I've never had any further interaction with.

I thought maybe my thoughts on how a relationship starts out might be outdated (I'm single, in my 20's and don't do the "club scene").
