I'm 10w4d today. I've been struggling with a lot of vaginal itching and dryness. Today I was wiping with the toilet paper and think I wiped too hard because I got bright red spotting. It doesn't seem to be coming from my vagina and the vaginal area does seem sore. Any recommendations on some sort of cream or lotion I can use? I was thinking of using Vagisil but not sure if it's safe. Any help? Thanks!
