Drinks (ALCOHOL) per week?

Question

I like to have a glass of wine (6ounce pour) or two after working and going to school it helps me wind down... I'm 26 years old. I just want to see what the average WOMAN is drinking out there if anyone has an opinion about drinking quite regularly. Europeans have a glass of wine with their meals and in that culture its not frowned upon... I like it because its a nice end to my day :) ANY THOUGHTS....(learn more on Glow: https://glowing.com)

There's a lot of antioxidants in red wine.  Wine is part of my job so I'll have a couple glasses a week.  When Af comes...maybe more! Lol

Go for it. It seems like a relaxing ritual. I would do it but I hate the taste of wine. And a big margarita at the end of each day rings a little more "alcoholic" than I'd like lol.

I keep alchol in the house. Rather its hard or just mikes but i enjoy a glass while cooking dinner. It its hard stuff like rum i of course do a mix drink but I dont think there is anything wrong with having a glass or two to unwind

I myself don't drink expect maybe occasionally a Margarita or something every few months if that. But red wine has been proven to have great health benefits. Idk if it's still permitted like before but many people in France and all around Europe drink a glass with there meals for that reason and even will allow their children to do so as well bc of the health benefit.
