8 wks feeling crappy
Anyone else having a hard time eating without wanting to vomit? I've only thrown up a couple of times so far (I'm 8 wks along). But I'm having a hard time eating the "recommended" amount. My midwife suggests 70 grams of protein (I'm also vegetarian) and a gallon of water a day, but I can barely eat enough to begin with and can only get through about half that in water without wanting to throw it all up... Anyone have any suggestions?
