What to do

According to glow AF should have been here Wednesday, and it wasn't it's now Saturday and still nothing, I had a chemical pregnancy in NoVember and we have been TTC since then I have no symptoms other than tenderness a in my breast. Normally I have severe cramping and acne and bloating when AF is coming, I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative as well as on Thursday...any insights?!?
