Who cares. Every life should be celebrated! I don't understand people who criticize when you have a baby shower for your second baby. That's just ridiculous to me. Baby stuff is expensive & not everyone holds on to their old stuff.

Since twins require twice as much basics it might be beneficial to have another shower for a twin pregnancy.

I don't think there's anything wrong in it. I think is ok to have a baby shower for every child u have. I had a baby shower with my first, my son, then a couple years later with my 2nd my daughter. Now 6 yrs later I'm expecting, We wanted to have another baby, but we got a big surprise, were having two babies, twins a boy & a girl!! I don't have anything from when my kids were babies, I gave all of it away, not thinking I would need it. Then again it has been 6 yrs so would wanna get some new stuff anyway.

Old school proper etiquette?? No! Modern day proper? Sure! If I had two children of the same sex back to back that might be one thing. I mean I would already have everything I need but diapers.  But us for example are having our second child 8 years later. Sooooo, it's kinda like starting all over again. Haha
