Changing Your Thinking

Every part of you is functioning. You close your eyes and feel a calming presence. Remember the ideas and qualities you like in others. Apply them to yourself so you can use them in the future. Like yourself. Like how you think. Encourage yourself to decide how you will feel. Fight off the urge to decide that negative feelings are justifiable. Trust that you have the ability to change. If you pray this would be a good time to add one in to your moment. Now breathe in slowly. Think positive thoughts. Breathe out slowly. Release all negative thoughts. Tighten and release all your muscles five times. Examine yourself to assure you have let go. Trust that you are allowed to refrain from feeling anything negative. Take control of your emotions. Resolve to execute any negative thinking. Take 20 minutes to do this 3 times a week at least. Eat healthy, exercise, have fun, have sex and dance. Do not let anyone get you down.

P.S. men are ass holes. They do not know it. They only have a one track mind. Even the ones you might think are the best, at the end of the day they are still men. Learn how a mans brain works. Learn how your brain works. Keep calm it takes time. If you can not change your thinking and show him your positive side and respect him you will push him away. He may even think your crazy.

P.P.S a lot of what you are feeling is hormones and stress. In some cases this can even be caused by anxiety and panic. If you don't change your thinking you could end up depressed and alone. Give yourself permission to have a good day today.
