What is a good way to tell my bf I really want a baby? Without being nervous when I say it.

My bf and I have been together for 7 months BUT we dated before for like 5-6 years. I ended up leaving him over something stupid btw I was young and had issues. I ended up getting married but divorced but I realized soon after leaving him that I wanted him back, thought about him all the time and thought he hated me, which luckily for me wasn't the case. I am very happy with him he keeps me grounded. And sooo in love with him. He does know that I want kids, I told him that when we got back together. Based on our history, Is it too soon to tell him that I really want a baby like now?
