Best shoes while pregnant?

I work in retail so I'm on my feet 7-8 hours a day. I need recommendations for comfy shoes! I prefer cute shoes because I'm in high end retail (Neiman Marcus) but I'm already getting heel pain and lower back pain at I'm 18 weeks event with heel inserts and whole foot inserts so anything would help! Please help!

Crocs actually makes some cute flats now that I love. They are all thick rubber. Life saver for me. All over Amazon.

I second Tieks. I've only recently stopped wearing mine (37 weeks now). I splurged on a pair of Chloe scalloped flats that I've worn throughout too. If you need to wear leather shoes, anything that is soft and pliable.

I worked in retail my first pregnancy and wore my Nike Free 5.0 for the last 4 months. Only shoes that didn't hurt my feet.

Neutralizer shoes! I haven't wore them while pregnant but I used to wear them when I waitressed and they were a life saver! So comfy!
