Skin problem. Help needed. Gross pics

Hi ladies. I have an underlying skin condition that blocks my sweat glands and causes massive abcesses in my groin armpit and under breast.

Now I normally deal with this fine - and I'm seeking medical advice from my pre op nurse tomoz ( c section booked for next Thursday 23rd) I also have pre eclampsia so can't take the already limited medication an 8 monther can take - but I need suggestions on soothing this irritation so I can get some sleep - any sleep will do me at the min. Pics are gross sorry
