Randomly puking only at night since Friday and everyday since. Period due yesterday. Cramps this morning at 7 am that caused me to get dizzy and puking. Still no period... And negative hpt.. What could this be?

Maybe wait a few more days and take a test. If you are sick it can delay your period. My period is always late if I have a bug it's like my body can't do those two things at the same time lol

If you have been throwing up since February why havent you been to a doctor?

Are you drinking?  Are you eating too much that you are full at night?  Too spicy food for your stomach?  Are you not giving yourself enough to digest? If it continues, you should see your doctor.
