random help?

okay so clearly my SO and I aren't really doing anything to prevent having a child, but we're not really trying for one either.

I'm getting random cramps almost daily, like I'm getting my period but there is no blood, I'm nauseous during some of the cramps but I'm not sure if it's from the cramps or if my brain is throwing me off. Has anyone been through this? what was your outcome?

we're both in our early 20s.
