Ok there's a misunderstanding here....Kim kardashian got her own blood injected into her face and it was countess Elizabeth who bathed in her victims blood. The true life episode is indeed fact. A girl did bath in pigs blood for Beauty. Either way it's sick. No one should be in a tub of blood or getting blood injected into your face for beauty
