Have you ever had a boss that flirted with you? What was the flirting like? I think my boss is, and it's strange because anything could be interpereted on different ends of the spectrum. But when it is said the way he says it, and in the circumstances (9pm at the office alone) it just is different. He calls me to his office for bagels and personal chats in the mornings, for beers in the afternoon. When we have a deadline I'm crunching out he will sit on my desk and pour me wine and ask me about my favorite tv show/ dish at a type of restaurant ..,. And he rembers my favorites and orders them when we work late in the future but dosnt mention it's because of the time I told him I like chicken cobbs from panera. I catch him staring at my body all the time too. And not to be full of myself but for my profession, I'm a civil engineer, I'm really pretty (5'3" 115lbs pretty face, tan white girl, great muscle tone, long straight brown hair). Any advice? I'm happy at home but don't want to stir up anything negative at work by reporting it. I just want to put a stop to it and not lose points with my boss. If you ever had any experiences if really appriciate hearing them! Thanks!!
