Organs for sale?

Should the sale of vital organs, tissues, and bodily fluids for money be legal? Here are some questions to consider. Plasma, sperm, and eggs can be bought and sold, but what about kidneys? Lung lobes? Liver lobes? Bone marrow? Why or why not? Would this put the wealthy at an unfair advantage when it came to organ donation? Is the monetary benefit to the donor worth the risk?
