Yesterday I had cramps, slightly cramps. When I came home I had sex with my boyfriend. I'm not in the pill and we had no condom. He pulled out and he ejaculated right after, when he pulled out. I had no sperm inside me but it's possible that he left pre cum there. Today, I'm having bad cramps, it gets painful when I contract my belly, it gets better when I sit down. Today they are stronger and sometimes it comes a huge amount of pain. It goes away fast. I had no spotting or any other symptoms but today its only a day after we had sex.

Can I be pregnant ? Please help.
