Have doctors appointment today

Got an appointment on the 23rd for my c section yay! So happy get to finally meet my baby!
Other thing my lower back been hurting and I've been getting a lot of hard tummy idk what that means and my down their hurts also can't even get up anymore to the bathroom hopefully doc can changed my appointment sooner cuz I can't take it :(
