I want to donate prenatal vitamins. Is that allowed ? Or there are any regulations about it.

I come from a poor country.Where poor pregnant women often can't afford buying prenatal vitamins.Now my hospital has given me sample size (5 tablets) size of various pre natal vitamins. I already have one which I like. But I would not like to trash it since, there could be others who couldn't buy it. Can I donate in Goodwill or soemthing? Is there a rule or something I should take care of ( in US)? Or should I rather trash it :(
