I keep having nightmares about having a miscarriage😩

I swear I have these nightmares all the time. I had a dream last night that I went to the bathroom and there was blood all over. I'm only 8 weeks with my first which might be why.. but it scares the hell out of me. I woke up running to the bathroom to make sure it was just a dream. Miscarriage runs in my family and I've seen how devistating it is😞Has anyone else had horrible dreams like this throughout their pregnancy?
