Sparkling Water or Mineral water
I am 6 weeks pregnant with #2 and I am so intensely nauseous all the time. I can't get much down other than broth and crackers and flat water makes me sick. I've doing that sparkling water like lacroix and mineral water with lemon helps a ton and I can drink it without problems. I'm used to drinking about 70-100 oz of water per day but lately I can't keep it down. So my question is, as silly as it sounds, can drinking too much sparkling or mineral water be harmful?
