Any suggestions please?!!

Hi ladies, I'm just looking for a little bit of help.so I'm 8 dpo I'm on clomid and this was my second round of clomid,just a few days ago doctors called with great news that I ovulated,hooray! I have a small cyst in my right overary but the doctor said that was a great sign that the medicine worked.my period isn't suppose to show until next sun\mon ...basically what I'm trying to ask is that cramping normal or a positive sign? I been cramping pretty mild especially on my right side.....???
