Best friend miscarried. :(

My best friend is my sister-in-law in two ways; both my husband's little sister, and also my little brother's wife. So we were so excited and thrilled to both be pregnant with our first babies at the same time and to have our kids grow up together. I am 22 weeks along, and she was 6 1/2 weeks when she miscarried this morning. My mother-in-law (her mother) is with her and called to tell me. I have wept all day and want so badly to help and comfort her but have not contacted her yet. Not sure if it would help or harm to be with her. Can I please hear from you moms who have miscarried before? Was it just too difficult to be around a friend who is pregnant for a while? Should I offer comfort or stay away? I feel guilty to even be pregnant. We had such plans for our two kids together. I am so heartbroken for her and my brother that I'm afraid I'll make it worse by crying around her! Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you, mamas.
