Please help me !!!! So lost

Ok so im sexually active and i haven't  had my period since march 4-11 and ive been hurting all in my stomach all over (around my ovaries and pelvic pains) and my boobs are really sore it hurts to touch them i keep getting headaches i went to the doctor yesterday april 14 and they did a pregnancy test and it was negative and they did blood pregnancy test and it was false both times the doctor said i had no infection or anything and basically said im hurting for no reason has anyone else had this...... Tha pains are from 1-10 there a 8 its been going on for 2 weeks now 😭😖💔😭😖💔😭 please help me if you know anything.......
