Ughhh...

So, let me preface this by saying I have been pretty fortunate most of my adult life as far as my menstrual health goes, but now that I am in my early 40s, I have been experiencing different things that don't seem "normal". Last month, I bled for 8 days!! I am usually done by day 4. This month, I spotted the first two days and today being the third day, I've soaked thru 3 super plus tampons ! I am also experiencing what seems like a yeast infection but there's no discharge just the burning, itching pain and one of my inner labia feels like it's on fire!! I bought some stuff but it doesn't seem to be working so I am lost and confused. Help! I am literally dying here!!
