Birth control pills scattered my cycle

I used to have my period for more than 7days before, I went to the hospital and the doctor said I should use birth control pills and premolute N, which I used for seven months. At the end of 7 months my period stopped coming. Then it will come at 2or 3 months interval. I don't know what to do, am trying to conceive too. Getting married soon too. Went for an hormonal test and was told my hormones are not balanced. Please what do I do?
