What is this sickness?

I have been coughing and my chest is very tight, has been for about 4 or 5 days. I just got treatment for an ear infection and sinus infection. I had the ear infection for 6 months, 3 rounds of antibiotics and a penicillin shot and it caused a sinus infection. Which is what they thought was causing my migraines but I'm still having them. (It's dark and I'm wearing sunglasses). I cough up phlegm sometimes but not all the time. The worst part, beyond the chest pain, is that my skin is so painful across my back. It's like if I had my skin scrubbed off by something. My shirt hurts. My neck has been painful and is getting stiff... I'm going to the dr tonight, but my gyno not a general doctor. I'm going to bring it up to her. I can't afford the ER or urgent care, so does anyone know what this might be and how to treat it? It's $100 right off the bat every time I go to the ER. I've been drinking alka seltzer for colds and that makes the tightness go away a little. I start a new job this weekend and don't want to be coughing everywhere...
