Whats wrong with me? (Please dont be rude)

So, I've been on shredz since the beginning of this month. I tend to get dizzy and nauseous after I eat. But usually during lunch and dinner. Last night I had unprotected sex and he finished inside me. I was at 7.6% chance of pregnancy. I didn't eat dinner. This morning I ate breakfast and I felt really full. Then I ended up throwing up and I still feel like imma throw up. I'm going through a lot and I am really stressed out. Do you think its just the shredz? Or something else?
