Does your children's fathers think that you don't do anything at home ???

Hi I am a stay home mom , I have twins baby girls and my (boyfriend) not even husband and father of the babies , says all the time that I don't do anything that I pass my time in the TV , or sleeping or doing something else except what I have to do that is taking care of the girls , the apartment , taking care of him all the time and a little time for me . I'm so tired of his insults , I hate him right now ...... He work all week outside the house and in the weekends he stays over all day doing wherever he wants and I have to take care of the girls and doing everything else double cause he is in the house and the mess is stressful ! What do you thing I should do to make him change ? Thank you
