LO feeds CONSTANTLY

My LO is 2 weeks old now. When he was first born he fed on the hour, which I thought was because my milk was still coming in and he wasn't quite getting enough with each feed. I think my milk is now sort of established but I still find myself feeding CONSTANTLY!! This is especially tough at night when I am hoping to get a few two hour stretches. But I'm mostly up each hour feeding and this goes on into the day. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?
