Hit in stomach

Hey ladies, need your advice. I think it's ok, but just want your opinion. I was playing with German shepherd and she has a big jolly ball toy. She was pulling it and I was to, like we always do.. she lost her grip and let go.. It hit my lower stomach. It hurt a little and slight cramps. But nothing major and no bleeding. Think everything's ok or I should definitely call nurse?
