Is this Chihuahua cute?

My sister got this chihuahua from her boyfriend's family. I think he's so cute! So does she. She didn't like chihuahuas but she fell in love with this one and he loves her some much. Follows her everywhere. I just wondered what you guys thought

This is my Chihuahua. My man found her in a dumpster behind his old job. He got her out and he couldn't leave her outside cause it was so cold so he put her in his car. He brought her home,she smelled awful and was skinny. So I gave her a bath and she's attached to my hip now. LOL Her name is Franki LOL couldn't think of a name for her so I gave her the name of my fave lil cousin. LOL
