I've never noticed this before so I was wondering it has alot of cm with specks of yellow and a tint of pinkish blood to me. What anyone else's thoughts? I'm really concerned...

Is that a paper towel??? It actually kinda looks like you wiped up tomato juice after cutting tomatoes. But yeah it could be IB, but I get that a few days before my period too.
