Showing faster with second pregnancy, advice needed

With my first child I didn't start showing till the end, I was 7 months pregnant and some people didn't even know. I never had to buy maternity clothes etc.... Now I'm 8 weeks with my second and you can clearly tell I'm pregnant. Our family thinks I'm having twins but I just thought it was normal to show faster. So any other second time moms willing to show me your baby bump/bloat in early pregnancy? Could it be twins?
