Coping with labour pain?

I'm in early labour, I've just got back from the hospital after being sent home! Does anyone have any tips for dealing with the pain? My contractions are horrendous, I'm dreading them becoming more frequent. 😖

Ugh it's like wanting to climb out of ur skin! I tried to breath and walk them out. It worked for a while but sucked as I got closer.  Best of luck! Remember your angel is on the back end of these horrendous contractions

Hopefully, you are getting close to delivery! If not, I got in the bath and then the hot tub. The heating pad was very helpful as well. Good luck!
