I've had heartburn throughout my pregnancy (im 40 weeks) but now a new symptom has randomly started. I could be lying down or just sitting up when all of a sudden burning vomit pushes it's way up and almost makes me throw up and also feels like it makes its way in to my nose.(sorry I know tmi). Has anyone else had this? Any remedies I can take? Or is this a first sign that labour is approaching? First time mum so I've no clue.
