Feeling sad after having sex is normal?

I don't understand why.. I can love this person so much but whenever we have our intimacy when it's over.. I feels sad/feelings are sensitive. I always end up feeling horrible afterwords.. I don't understand and idk if it's normal to feel that way. 😔 need advice..? Maybe it's jus that time I move on..? Need help understanding..

I'm sorry but it does sound like time to move on or get counseling. After sex we should feel connected and closer to our SO not feel guilty about sharing yourself them.

This used to happen to me and I figured out it was because I came from a home where talking about sex was very taboo and I felt like I had done something "bad"... Therapy helps 😂

I sometimes feel that way. But it's because my hubby is just done and doesn't want to cuddle. It's like "hit it and quit it". Doesn't feel emotional or like making love. Kinda makes me sad

Have very strong emotions after sex is normal. Let them out. If you want to cry etc. It might not have anything to do with your man it might be stress from day to day life, or pent up emotions from years ago welling up.  Don't be afraid to feel and your partner should be warm and hold you. Don't ever let him get angry or upset about your emotions. But understand if he doesn't know its normal he may be confused so explain what's going on to him

This actually used to happen to me! When my boyfriend and I used to have sex I would get these sad, almost guilty feelings afterwards. Not all the time, but pretty dang often. They went away after we got married! I'm thinking I got them bc I always promised myself I'd wait till marriage, but I lost it to him. I def don't regret it bc I married that amazing man lol. But a lot of times your deep down feelings can influence how you feel afterwards. So maybe look into that. It doesn't necessarily mean you should break up with him though. Bc it honestly could be you and not him. Best of luck!!
