Am I pregnant? Please help !

Okay, so I have sex every weekend, just one day out of the weekend for several hours. We stopped using condoms because they hurt me, but he pulls out. I also have the 3-year birth control implanted in my arm. I've only had it since October 15th, 2014. My last period was March 8th-March 14th. I haven't had one since, and that's not normal for me. I have been feeling very nauseous and I have thrown up a couple times. I've also been carrying a fever of 99.5 and been having hot flashes. But I've also had a sticky disgusting brownish-white discharge. Could I be pregnant? I can't go get a test right now because (as bad as this sounds) my parents can't know unless I'm sure. Please help me, and don't judge.
