Maybe out, praying I'm not

Went to the ER last night due to some bleeding and pains. The ultrasound only showed the sac and yolk with measurements of 6w4d. Although I'm suppose to be 8w4d. My hcg level was over 24,000. So the doctor will recheck my hcg level friday if it's doubled they will do another ultrasound and by then they should be able to see a fetal pole forming. If it's double and no fetal pole then it would mean I have a blight ovum. If my hcg drops that would mean a miscarriage. Hoping and praying for the best.
