Vent about losing genetic test labs

So two and a half weeks ago I paid to have genetic testing done and said it would be 7-10 days to get results. After waiting two weeks I have spent three days calling them to finally be told that they lost my lab results after already charging me for having the labs draw .  They offered to have me come back in to have the labs redrawn which is pointless because by time I can get in and then wait for the results I will have my anatomy scan done. Just so frustrated, sorry.
