Period's late??

Question

My periods late by about 2 weeks, but I just took a test and it said not pregnant? My period has been on a 5 week schedule, though on week four I did spot on two non consecutive days... I'm really confused and nervous?

This has happened several times to me. One time I knew because my ovulation happened late and so my period was late. Another time it was getting on schedule with these ladies I worked with. It was an all women crew and we were together 12 hours every day except Sundays. Another time I was pregnant lol.

Our bodies are very sensitive to change. If you are still concerned just get a blood test. Maybe your cycle is thrown off.
