Obsessing over my pregnancy! Am i worrying over nothing?

Question

So tomorrow i will be 12 weeks pregnant & for the most part its been smooth sailing. But as much as i read up on pregnancy or watch videos or look at baby clothes. I feel the more i obsess i have a feeling of fear like something might happen.

Am i just worrying over nothing?

Yes. Reading too much is not good because it can lead to doubts, worries over nonexistent issues, and cause unnecessary stress. Being happy and healthy is great but don't go overboard!

I think everyone worries!! I just saw my OB yesterday and watched my 2 babies swim all around and hearts beating :) she told me that at 12 weeks you only have a 1% chance of miscarriage! Helped me to relax a lot because I went in yesterday freaking out!

I'm a little over 10 weeks and I find myself obsessing too. I think it's pretty normal to worry. The good news is that things are likely to go just fine, and it's better to focus on the positive than the negative. I'm working on this too! I try to take a deep breath and think about what I can control.
