4 positive hpt 1 negative blood test

Yesterday morning i took a hpt and came back positive went to the doctor had my blood test sane l came back negative...that afternoon i took three more hpt different brands and the came back positive I'm 5 days late... What does it mean I'm I pregnant? Can.they all be false positve? I thought blood tests were more sensitive ....help!!!
