I'm 12 weeks with twins and this is my first pregnancy. I had surgery on my cervix and uterus a month before I found out I was pregnant. I've had pressure since about 8 weeks and my doctor has said to just watch it but for the past de days it's gotten really bad. I was sick for a while (throwing up 2-4 times a day) and was running a fever but that's gone and now I'm just throwing up occasionally and I feel like my vagina is going to fall out! Even when I'm sitting. It's very painful too. My doctor talked about putting in a cerclage but he said he would check at 20 weeks. This is my first time pregnant. Any other moms have a cerclage put in that early?!
