What pill is like really good? I need to get back on some but I do not want to get back on sprintec. I need something that will help with a hormonal inbalance and heavy cramps and periods.

When I was on the pill, (switched to and IUD) I was on seasonale, also called seasonique or off brand is called daysee. It's a 3 month pill so you only get a period every 3 months. I loved it.
