Ovulation pains??

Question

How many days before you ovulate so you start getting cramps?? Or do you only get cramps the day you ovulate? I never used to notice when I was ovulating but now I notice that I get really bloated and have bad cramps for a day 2 weeks before my period.

I didn't start having ovulation pains until after my sixth pregnancy. But I only feel the pinching/cramping right before or during ovulation. It tends to happen at night, and it usually lasts for less than 8 hours.

I dont have cramps bur I get pain on my overies it feels way different

I get them from 2 weeks before my period. Usually its one week before. X

I've never had them before and I just recently got af back 20 months pp (breastfeeding) and my last 2 cycles I've had cramping / pain In my side for a few hours right smack in the middle of my cycles.. I'm pretty sure they're ovulation pains but I'm not sure how soon after them I actually ovulate.

I've gotten them as far as 3 days before

I normally get light cramps on one side for a 24 hour period. That's usually when I get a positive OPK.
