"Bully"

Personally, I think this word is becoming WAY overused. I think it's very real of course, but my personal view is that anyone can say "So and so bullied me" and bully is such a loaded word now that it's almost always taken super seriously. Most of the time I feel like it's whiny people not getting their way or what they want (aka special treatment) and then claiming they are being bullied for some cockamamie reason.

What do you think? Is the word bully over used, is it finally getting the recognition it should and most/all cases are legit, or are the people just complainers and bullying isn't real?
